JD’s Tack Room believes in the quality of products that we sell.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 15 days after pickup or shipped, with original receipt for merchandise. Any refunds given will be returned in cash or credited to your credit card.
All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
JD’s Tack Room will offer an in store credit in the amount paid with original receipt after 15 days of purchase.
JD’s Tack Room will not refund or exchange any products over 30 days of purchase.
All returns require the customer’s signature and may be limited or declined, at our discretion.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of merchandise in unsellable condition.
